Introduction: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease that may affect peripheral nerves, leading to deformities and postural changes. Objective: To assess postural alignment in individuals with leprosy, identifying changes and functional repercussions. Methods: Cross-sectional observational study with 20 individuals diagnosed with leprosy, submitted to postural evaluation by photogrammetry. Results: Significant postural changes were observed, especially in the lower limbs and pelvis, impacting functionality and body symmetry. Conclusion: Leprosy can cause important postural imbalances, and postural assessment is recommended as part of the physiotherapeutic approach.
